Over a Year!!!

Yes I am a slacker :-(  Blogging has been a challenge for me.....working out even a bigger challenge :-/ But.....after a recent doctor's appointment I have to step my game up.  Blood pressure was good, thyroid was good, cholesterol was good, diabetes.....do not have it, but if I continue on the path that I am going I will.  Considering both of my grandmothers had it, I really do not want to go down that path.....

So what am I doing about it??? Well.....

  1. Eating less out (helps with budget too, so it is a win-win)
  2. Workout plan, switching things up and not getting bored.
  3. Taking it one day and one meal at a time...
  4. It is about health not weight. 
  5. Goal is to work out 3-4 times a week, alternating with workout classes, walking, and weights. 

So this is the plan.....started this week, so we shall see :-)
